Location Hotel facilities Breakfast.12th floor restaurant on first and only night we ate there the waitress was rude and disinterested. She seemed impatient with us even though we were the only guests there and it was only 7.30pm - she gave the impression she wanted to be somewhere else.

Although not the best of the hotel during my holiday the best on a overall score. Staff is amazing, the organisation of tours was excellent. The service, room, quality of detail all great. The hotel is not in an area where there is much around at night that’s the only downside.

Brand new hotel, so new the sticker hasn’t even come off yet. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk anywhere. The small street behind it was our favorite in Hue. Local residences and small businesses — so chill and charming. Got my hair done at a salon around the corner called Toc May and soaked in the hum and drum of local life of Hue while sitting there. The pool and spa area is really nice, and the sun filled patio was fantastic after breakfast. Rooms are beautiful and traditional style, pay more for the larger layout with more windows. The floor to ceiling windows offer great views and makes the rooms feel really sunny and airy. It’s all so spic and span clean, hope they keep that up.The breakfast buffet was too big and too much food. Fewer options but higher quality would be better — like fresh squeezed juices. Lobby is ok but smells like food near the elevators. Overall though, would not recommend any other hotel in Hue.
