.The hotel was good but we booked a trip to Da nang thru the hotel and then we got a driver That was drunk and on drugs. The drive was SO dangerous and uncomfortable. He drove 30-40 km/t. I send 2 mails to the reception and they didnt answer. That is so bad!

Location was great.Staff member working at the front named Minh is stealing from the hotel and ripping off guests in the process. He refused to take credit card payment for incidentals, overcharged for services and when asked for a receipt he ran to the back and other front desk staff confronted him and eventually apologized on his behalf, asked us not to leave a negative review. Furthermore, property is incomplete, loose screws in the walls of the room where decor is intended to hang, cheap quality, poorly put together. It is a shame to be attached to the same name as their lovely sister property.

Other then the above it was excellent. Best location and friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Spacious room and very clean and comfortable.No swimming pool. Couldnt understand the pictures and staff couldnt provide a clear answer

We stayed at Thanh Lich 2 hotel for 1 night. Everything was fantastic and really good to enjoy . Location is great, easy walk to town & markets just around the corner. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The foods is one of the good points here, so delicious and varied. Thanks for all staff and special Mr Andrew. He was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the time I was here. So, I highly recommend this hotel for every one.Nothing
