Price was great and provided a comfortable room for us to get some sleep. Great for 1 night stop over.On the booking we were told breakfast was included however none was provided and the owner left shortly after we arrived. Also could not get the shower to go warm and there was no one around to ask for help. This was during Tet though so circumstances could be different.

Nice and quiet, enough room to spread out.Found bed bugs in the mattress and ants in the bathroom. It wasn’t very clean as we also found dirty earbuds and hair in the room, the place could do with a fumigation, proper scrub and clean and upgrade. Breakfast wasn’t nice either.

Very comfortable, close to eateries.Needs a good spring clean.

Actually quite good place to stay and with the possibility to be even better. Room, breakfast, motorbike we rented everything was ok, but small details does everything..The staff is not good in English, also there is always new person in reception and you have to tray explain again what you agreed, when their English is poor it is quite annoying. We got room with broken shower, you have to keep with one hand tap with other shower to get shower. Close to a bed all floors are damaged from cigarettes and it makes you feel not hygiene in a room. The wardrobe is old metal army kind - no hangers inside so it is quite useless. Also it is so light that after trying to take our back pack we flipped it. It is impossible to use it quietly. So overall not big deal all those small inconveniences, but if they could fix those, they could be rated higher.
