Friendly by name friendly by nature. The staff were amazing helping us feel right at home when we checked in. They also helped us book our onward train the next day and looked after our bags after we checked out. The hotel is in a great location near to the nightlife and a walk or taxi ride from the imperial city.

The room was comfy and clean. The shower was clean. It was in a good location. Breakfast was basic but the food was nice.Some other guests were really loud and there were children screaming in the corridor for at least an hour on our first night. You would expect the staff to say something as it was at 10.30pm,but they didnt.

This hotel is lovely! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms are lovely. We couldn’t believe the price we paid gave us such a lovely hotel!
