Location was fantastic just a short stroll to a beautiful beach. You have to cross main road but an underpass is provided.Construction across road was noisy but bearable

Most staff were friendly, always opened doors, brought towels/toilet paper etc to room when requested. Location great as right near beach, bars and cafes. The apartment we had was huge and good value for money.Breakfast selection was very poor, no continental breakfast. Ended up going elsewhere for breakfast as there was very little to suit. Really does not cater for westerners at all unless you like seaweed soup for breakfast. They had bacon which was not nice - very chewy 🤢, soggy potato wedges and toast that's all. Other niggles such as cleaners taking towels/bath robe and not replacing. Internet was an issue every day which meant also no tv, called reception couple of times but never resolved, just seemed to work sporadically ☹. Drain in bathroom slow so when showering the bathroom became like a paddling pool. Would have been nice to also have a chair or two on the balcony, nothing provided at all. Also an extreme amount of construction noise although this appears to be happening everywhere as it seems to be an up and coming tourist destination. Lastly, although staff friendly they still have a way to go with customer service which is pretty non existent. If there is a problem they are apologetic but dont expect to get anything more - in fact one time a gentleman on reception apologised then just hung up the phone when i said about internet problems happening daily.
