Pleasant

Close to the beach. Staff were attentive and helpful.Pool area doesn’t look anything like the photos, quite run down.

Wonderful

- The staff was very nice. From receptionist to restaurant and bar crew was giving their best service to us - The location is great. Only 5 mins walk the beach and surround with restaurants and mini mart. - You can see very beautiful sunset from the rooftop bar.

Clean and Great Staff!

Stayed for 3 nights in the huge and beautiful suite 901. Well worth the extra money! Very clean & modern with a huge living room and gorgeous views of the ocean and beach. Two TV’s, one in the living room, and another in the bedroom. Super friendly staff! Always smiling and trying to help. Sam, Tracy, Bryan, just to name a few, were outstanding! The F&B Manager Bryan, spoke to several guests during breakfast. He went out of way to chat with me and give me lots of good tours and food information. He is very friendly and helpful. Location is great too. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Da Nang.Noise from the street on a few occasions!

Good value for money if you are looking for a decent cheap hotel to come back to sleep over night.

Good location only 5 mins walking to the beach; hotel was renovated and the room was clean.There is no proper window to the room and I was on the 5th floor; the window opens to an inside court of the hotel with no view outside. There were no bathroom essentials provided except for shower gel.
