Really comfortable rooms, cleaned and new towels daily, free coffee anytime, help with tours/transport if needed close to everything but very quiet. Early checkin after night train.

Very friendly and attentive staff, good location in a quiet alley with nice cafes and restaurants, walking distance to Citadel, room with enough space and amenities, cleaned every day.Small improvements would be a shower curtain to avoid wet floors in the bath room and a water refill station. Would gladly pay $1 more per day and refill water for free, instead of using new plastic bottles each time. Finally, the payment process with booking.com was unclear, as it seemed like we had already paid with credit card, but this turned out to be just the booking guarantee.

Very small and basic rooms but the rooms are clean and comfortable, and very economical especially given how central it is. There are restaurants and pubs on the same lane and all were very tourist friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing value for money! This is a perfect place to stay for those on a budget.The rooms are small, however they were clean and the beds were the most comfortable were had slept in of our entire holiday. Staff are friendly and helpful and hotel is in a great location. We stayed in Hue for 3 nights and were only in the room basically to sleep so this place was perfect for our needs.

The staff were very good. Location good.There was no water in the room. Please note this property has no lifts so getting to the room can be difficult.
