The Receptionisg the girl who speaks English/Japanese were very friendly, verg helpfull and treats ghe guests well.The entrace the road way to the hotel and when entering motor bikes parked inside, in the morning to see it was the dining room. No lift.

+ good location, near the city center + very nice staff + bed was comfortable.- the room we stayed in didn't look like on the pictures at all, everything is quite old - only a very tiny window which led to where the ACs are - bathroom wasn't very clean and smelled very moldy

Super helpful staff, hotel is in a good location.Aircon wasn’t great & there was a ton of ants in the room!

The location was ideal. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. They have motorbike renting service with plausible price. The corridor was nicely decorated with some flowers and plants that are being taken care of everyday.The conditioning system was a bit old. It wasn’t so good with cooling because it took a long time to actually get to the adjusted temperature so at night it got pretty cold. It needs to be washed when maintenance comes.

It's clean, the staff are nice (they helped me rent a motorbike), the location is very good (you can easily walk to the Citadel, 2 night markets and also a street full of pubs and restaurants).There's nothing I would complain about.
