They have picking up service. If you need them picking you up when you arrive, let them know in advance. The staffs are friendly.No housekeeping service every day. The staff will clean the room after you checked out. The house is under construction so you could find the way to the elevator is not really tidy.

The staff was wonderful . Only wanted a room and we got a flat with a kitchen and everything else . Place was clean and your motorcycles where looked after by the staff . Well happy with my stay.

The staff were great, and breakfast was simple but delicious.Had initial miscommunication with the host about airport transfers. Also, there was construction going on outside, and the room looked like it was still being furnished, so it was a little dusty. Also, the doors onto the corridor had frosted glass, so when someone was leaving from or going to the elevator, it was uncomfortable because they can see shaped in my room, and I could see them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds we're clean. It's a half hour walk to the citadel.Comunicating was a bit hard because they didn't fully onderstand everthing. But they try very hard and are so helpful it worked out

Very kind staff/owners. Breakfast was nice and good coffee. Even through the new year holidays there was always someone to help. It was clean, bathroom with hot water and dorms with curtains and fresh sheets, towels. Big locker in the room and table with chairs. Nice view on the city from the terrace and elevator is big plus. I didn't eat egg so they made the effort to prepare me bread with peanut butter and jam and watermelon.Just the location is not the best but ok
