Guarantee Policy

Cancellation\/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation\/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Very Good
Süßes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage :) Zu Fuß 25-30min zur Dragon Bridge, Night Market ect . Lady Buddha 20 min mit Motorbike:) vor Ort kann man sich auch ein Roller mieten zum fairen Preis und die Mitarbeiten helfen in allem wo sie können:) sie Frühstück sehr lecker und ne Menge Auswahl und Nicht nur das vietnamesische Frühstück:)wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen :).Das einzige quasi Problem was wir hatten: wir wohnten im 3.Stock direkt unter d.Küche,eigentlich kein Problem für uns nur leider hat die Tür so gequietscht 😂🙃man wusste genau wann wer durch die Tür geht 😂😂nach mehrmaligen drauf hinweisen, wurde dann endlich am 3 Tag die Tür geölt und ich hoffe für alle anderen , dass es nun kein Gequietsche mehr gibt 😂und die Lampe am Bett die ständig surrte, aber mit 3 Handtüchern umwickelt haben wir auch dieses Problem für uns gelöst 😂😂

Una estancia ideal en Da nang
El hotel está muy cerca de la playa. Tanto el desayuno como la comida están muy ricos y tienen mucha variedad. El personal es muy atento y la habitación era enorme, además de muy cómoda. Todo está muy limpio y el wifi funciona muy bien.Quizás que está un poco alejado para ir andando de las zonas más turísticas y que toda la zona de alrededor está en obras.
