Guarantee Policy

Exceptional
Had 2 nights at Sofia and as previously mentioned as soon as I got out of the grab car outside I was greeted by 2 staff who welcomed me enthusiastically. Upon entering I was welcomed by more staff and Vivian the charming customer service manager . Her English is fantastic and has a wealth of information regarding places to see , day tours etc . The room was spotless and silent due to the double glazing . Great aircon , super comfortable bed and powerful shower with great pressure . Small balcony with chair and small table to watch the world go by . Breakfast was great selection of local food , eggs , toast , fruit and sweet treats . I’m normally a small homestay kinda guy and found the constant pampering a little overwhelming , but they’re doing an awesome job and their high rating is totally deserved . I would stay again when in Da Nang and recommend Sofia Suite Hotel to everyone 10/10.
