Disappointing
.- Khách phải thanh toán đồ mà khách không dùng (không uống 1 lon bia nào mà vẫn phải thanh toán) - Phòng vệ sinh có mùi, khách phải yêu cầu dọn lại - Dọn phòng rất chậm trễ, không tạo điều kiện cho khách ở xa tới. - Bữa sáng cấp đồ chậm giữa các lượt khách, khách ăn sau (chỉ tầm 7h30) là hết sạch đồ ăn, không biết chọn gì để ăn luôn.

Gute Lage , geräumige Zimmer , Sauberkeit war gut.Die Ausstattung, insbesondere im Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und im Detail wenig gepflegt. Frühstücksbüffet war okay - aber nichts besonderes. Schneller Check-In. Nerviger und langwieriger Check-Out ; Diskussion mit der Rezeption weil angeblich ein Kaffeelöffel fehlte - nervig wenn dann draußen schon das Taxi wartet.
