The place is very nice in a little side street yet next to amazing restaurants and walking distance to where everything happens. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly "everything you need we have it for you" and helped me arrange my bus ticket as well as an awesome car + driver for the tour of my dreams. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and you are being greeted with a wet towel and a tea.If you need a towel, you can ask for one which will be provided for free. It would be great if the towels would already be there. Also, there was no toilet paper on arrival (but provided when asked for) and the remote of the A/C is not in the room so you need to ask if it's too cold or too hot. The curtains around the beds need fixing. Most of them did not close properly around the beds anymore. Of course, those are only details!

It is close to the city center.First impression it was not too good. I arrived at the evening and the receptionist it was more focus on her phone. Not welcoming at all.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family room which was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is good, too.

All in all, a very nice little hostel. Although we got a private room with private bathroom, the place had a hostel vibe - a lot of young people hanging out in a friendly atmosphere. The staff was really helpful in accommodating our early arrival (we arrived at the reception around 8-9 AM, after a night spent on a sleeping bus) and they offered us to take a shower and have some breakfast (for which we, of course, paid, as it wasn't part of our accommodation for that morning). About the food - the breakfast is very good, not a lot of choice, yet the dishes that they offer have a very good taste (noodles, omelets, pancakes). They offered to book us bus tickets at a good price for the next destination. The room was nice - very clean, with decent facilities (they supplied us with a iron, upon request, which is rather hard to get in most budget places in Vietnam). About location - the thing with this accommodation is that you have a handful of different restaurants and cafes around it. It will literally take you 5 minutes to get a very good meal around this place, regardless of the direction you want to walk to.
