overall satiisfied with hotel service

Hotel forget to arrange pickedup at Airport upon our arrival, though prearrangement had been made and confirmed with Hotel. Nonetheless, Hotel staff took initiave to compensate us with free transport during our departure to Airport during checkout from hotel.Hard to find Muslim food and night bazaar

Excellent Value

It looks small but the room has the best view of the beach, ocean and sun set. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nicely setup. It it right next to the beach. Great selection of food at breakfast.

Average place; nothing exceptional

The breakfast buffet had a good selection and our room was a good size for 3 adults.The beds were a bit hard for us but it seems they are hard at most Vietnam hotels. The staff were not overly friendly, but they weren’t unfriendly either.

Exceptional

I loved the friendly and informational staff, Kept in touch with me the whole trip, Bar was amazing, and the breakfast bar was out of this world.I didn't stay long enough
