Very Good

I book a room but due to some reason on the electricity from my room at the 9th floor i was transfered down to 5 th floor. But the next morning i was offered a free ride to the airport due the the transfer. This is very good service from the hotel manager. I thank them .Hotel is a bit far for walking for food area. would suggest a shutter service for guest staying in the hotel.

Exceptional

The location wasn’t so crowded, the rooms were clean and the buffet was good. Also, the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast, room design is good.The spring in the bed a little bit broken.. At night, a little bit noise from the contruction work beside the hotel..

The hotel staff is excellent in terms of their approach towards customer needs.The hotel is slightly aloof with very few restaurants and shops around

Very Good

Friendly staff. Gorgeous beach and mountain scene (my wife like the scene a lot).The beach is not quite suitable for swimming. You should go to the My Khe beach (1 - 2 km away). Also the bathroom and toilet are in the same room with the bed, so it is quite uncomfortable for the partner when you have to use the toilet.
