.They destroyed one of my favorite T-Shirts (it had burns on them) during the washing. Things can happen, I totally understand. But they pretended nothing happend und were giving it back without saying anything, which I find very rude. You should stand by your mistakes.

24 hour reception. Cheap and comfortable enough for one night.Many insects in the room. Could have been cleaner.

Rubis Hostel is clean and tidy that we love to stay in our room. The common area also big that provide free water, tea and coffee as refreshment. We can use kitchen and chat with friends there. Staffs are very friendly that always be ready to help and give suggestions. If you are coming Hue by local bus, Rubis Hostel is just 6 minutes walk from the bus terminal. After check-in, you can use their free bike or rent a motorbike from them to go around the city to save your transportation cost if you are a backpacker.The location is a little bit minus for our stay as it is too hot to ride bike whole day. But we knew that before booking. So, that's fine for us ;)

The staff were so friendly and accommodating towards us. So much useful Information on tours places and buses. Being 4 backpackers would recommend this place. Could not fault the place.The location, it want about 10 minute taxi ride away.

I loved staying there. Super nice staff! So lovely of them to give you bottle of water for the room but it’s glass! So you don’t add to pollution. Very considerate! Amazing staff, again! Oh and the view from balcony at the top. 👌.Not applicable!
