As camas e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis. O banheiro e chuveiro bons. Café da manhã razoável. A localização é excelente.O hotel é grande, e só tem dois elevadores lentos, um inclusive, fica escondido, pois é usado pelo pessoal da limpeza. O café da manhã é meio bagunçado, e bem cheio, com bastante variedades de produtos, no entanto, a higiene deixa a desejar. Havia um rato passeando na cozinha, apesar de ser muito comum ratos por todos os lugares, no Vietnã, por conta da sujeira nas cidades, é inadmissível na cozinha de um hotel.
