The breakfast was good.This resort was the worst resort ever due to below. 1. Noisy - I got informed the private party would be held so might be little bit noisy. But i couldn't slept due to Noisy. the music started from 6:30 am to over 11:00 pm !!! So i called to reception severaltimes. It was the first time to call reception several times due to Noise. 2. not preparing - the date i visited was wedding anniversary, so i requested some setting in the room in advance. But when i checked in i found there was no event setting in the room. So i called again to reception and noticed that they forgot setting. 3. Barbeque event- it was not good to use 1st floor swimming pool. Overall this resort was not suitable to stay and spend holiday..

The pool is nice and the beds are comfortable.There are too many things the write here unfortunately. The staff tried to accomodate me but I guess the hotel was just having an off few days. There are better hotels for cheaper here.

The swimming pool on the ground floor is pretty nice. Breakfast was very good and there were plenty of varieties.We paid for the buffet breakfast as part of our booking but the hotel reception said we were not entitled to having the buffet breakfast. It was only after our insistence that the hotel reception later told us that we had indeed paid for and therefore entitled to having the buffet breakfast. In addition, we reserved 2 rooms - one superior double room and one deluxe king room with balcony and pool view. We were given a superior double room with no windows! The deluxe king room that we got had a street view but NOT pool view. We made a complaint to the hotel reception saying that there was a misrepresentation and eventually got re-assigned to a deluxe king room with pool view. It is not clear as to whether the hotel made a mistake or there were miscommunications between booking.com and the hotel. On the next day, the hotel offered us a free ride to our next hotel as part of the compensation. Nonetheless, it was a messy and disappointing experience.

swimming pool area is quite nice - rooms OK.2nd time we went - one year ago we received 'special' offer when we checked in ( wellcom drink, free mini bar refill, free Spa treatment , meals included .... ) we really felt treated and welcomed as special guests that time. Not so anymore, much more restrictions, less flexible, less welcome....
