chắc do mình đi quá nhiều nơi nên hơi khó tính. nhưng nghĩ kĩ lại vẫn là nơi đáng để mọi người lưu trú khi đến đà nẵng
thích phong cách thiết kế. mình có yêu cầu đổi phòng do gần bên có tiệc cưới và ks giir quyết rất nhanh.dịch vụ còn hạn chế với ks 5*. kg có chỗ để xe máy cho khách. kg có dịch vụ ăn uống vào buổi trưa, tối. spa chưa hoạt động lại. mấy ac nv không giống phong cách phục vụ của các ks 5* khác.
