Fine hotel for the price. Staff were very friendly.

This hotel is in great location. It felt like I didn't have to travel very far to go to the restaurants and bars I wanted to visit while in DaNang. This is a reasonably priced hotel that is located close to the central hub of late night entertainment in the expat community of DaNang. They advertise as contactless service, but the reality of this was stress free.One of the lights in my bathroom didn't work. When I brought this up with the staff, they did offer to let me change room, which I appreciated.

Very Good

Good location, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants.Balcony door lock broken so unable to shut door properly. Bins were only emptied and room tidied once on 8 night stay.

The self-service and communication via ZOOM, that is an amazing idea because of covid social distancing. Also the door code to get into the hotel, very nice.We did not meet any other guests in the hotel. Maybe because it was Tet Holiday, but that is ok.

Great hotel for the value near the beach

Big room, free of charge upgrade and very welcoming and caring staff. Excellent location, near to the beach and to everything that is useful for a comfortable stay.The amenities in the room, such as the TV and the A/C were not working properly, making the stay good but not excellent.
