The people at the hotel were just amazing. They were really helpful to cater to your needs. They help us find a really great vegetarian resteraunt, which is really difficult to find in Vietnam.

This is A HOME away from HOME and we would everyone warmly recommend this lovely place with the outstanding hospitality of this family owned business. We are so grateful for all the support with every single need and the care from every family member. The room is very cosy with a beautiful balcony, absolutely clean and breakfast by "Auntie" is delicious. They also have a fabulous and cool bar inside with craft beer where you can relax or meet some other travellers. Furthermore the location is just perfect, in easy walking distance to nice restaurants and sights but still in a quiet side street. We are still SO HAPPY that we stayed at this place!! Through some unfortunate circumstances we both got bitten by dogs in Hue and the support from the ENTIRE family was outstanding and they did everything in their power to help us. The friendly cousin drove us immediately to the hospital and the owners (wife & husband) accompanied us into the vaccination center where they also translated into English. It felt like having Vietnamese parents abroad. They speak fluent English and truly care! Great staff, the brothers where very good with me even when one got stuck making me breakfast and the other Iv to thank k for the whiskey.School next door starts at 7am but kids laughing isn't a bad alarm for breakfast
