.Booked a room at Poetic and when we arrived there the receptionist told us that we have to stay in another hostel cause they do not have rooms anymore. First thing, so she transferred us to Sunshine 3 instead. The room was way smaller thannthe one we booked, matresses direclty on the floor, the table was dirty, the sink was nesrly falling from the wall... way different that the brand new room we initially booked! So I got was angry as we didn't get the room we paid for and accepted to stay only if they offer us discount which has been immediately refused by the receptionist of Sunshine 3. She was rude, said the toom was better and so that we didn't have to complain , she also told me to cancel my booking and look for another place to stay (during Têt period! The joke!) and ended up making me pay full price for a room that was way under expectations! Our room was next to the pool and billard, with no sound isolation at all! so you hear everybody talking or playing like if they were in the room. Breakfast was poor (eggs, margarine pancakes or instant noodle, the 2nd day we didn t even have bread with our eggs), served at the reception. In addition the ad is a scam, there is no swimming pool in Poetic hotwl , the swimming pool ( that was dirty and so impossible to use) is located in Sunshine hotel which is a block away from Poetic, so if you want to swim you have to get out of the hotel, walk in the street and if this day they decide to clean you might be able to use it. I wouldn't recommend those hotels, management is terrible, they do not care at all about customer satisfaction and charge full price even tho the issue is their responsability, very very bad!

spacious rooms. they did a breakfast early for us when we had to leave for a bus. good banana pancakes! the bikes we rented from them were good. ladies on reception were very helpful. good location in the centre of hue near restaurants etc.You could have a warm shower for about 3minutes! Then it would run cold. 2 people could also not have a shower one after the other if you wanted warm water. the rooms with Windows are not very insulated. we aware there when it was cold weather and we asked for more blankets. There was a hole in our bathroom wall that went through to the room next doors' bathroom so we could hear each other Which wasn't great. Also, it is not the hostels fault but there is still building work going on next door which starts early and finishes late evening. it was quite loud in our room.

The girl in the reception was really, really nice, the room was comfortable and clean.

The plus is the room bigger what I mean.All the images is fake! I don’t know why booking accept with their information, the photos showing of other hotel, no pool, no bar, no rooftop!
