Great staff and delicious restaurant right outside! Easy to get to river and imperial city from here.Too many stairs! We had to lug heavy suitcases up four flights! And go up and down four flights every time... not my favourite situation!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels & toiletries etc. Central to restaurants & shops and tourist attractions etc.The owner of the hotel owns 2 hotels and because of the situation regarding the Corona virus etc & with not many tourists the owner decided to close one hotel & only keep one open. They are only 10 meters apart so that's no problem but the one I stayed in before is closed which had a bath the other one I'm staying in doesn't. Apart from that no problems

Amazing price and location! The staff speaks English well! Amazing restaurant with typical Hue food just in front of the hotel! You can also rent a scooty next to it!General state of the bathroom could be improved. But you get a bath for very cheap price so no complain!
