Very clean, comfy bed, big shower, great location near the beach!

Good pool and bar area with a view. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Room had no window. Very quiet area with not much to do.

Sunlit Sea Hotel and Apartment is your best bet for a good value by the beach. It is close to a lot of bars and restaurants, is walking distance to My Khe and a short scooter ride to attractions like Hoi An and An Bang, and has a small rooftop pool with a great view. The desk staff is friendly and helpful, especially Oanh, who helped us rent a motorbike and extend our stay. The breakfast has Western and Vietnamese options every day and decently sized rooms with TVs and good aircon. It is clean and organized and well taken care of.None of the Westerners really eat the Vietnamese green salads at breakfast and are not too excited about the plate of cold fried eggs every morning, but no one seemed to notice these preferences. It would be easy and better to make eggs cooked to order and swap the salads for some more fruit!

Location, 2 minute walk or so the the beach. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable rooms, comfy beds, very clean and has everything you need. Air con worked well and Quiet! Staff appeared friendly enough but didn't need any information or additional services so can't comment on their knowledge in this respect. Nice pool area Good value all round!I didn't really rate the breakfast. The eggs are fried and cold...just all placed on a plate as where other items. I don't see why the eggs can't be cooked at point and made to order. I've stayed in many hostels catering for a large number that manage this. As a hotel, I think if you delivered these points the service would be a much more enjoyable experience. However I did request a fresh egg and the staff obliged this with Grace so thankyou! *pics placed in bathroom and lobby (random places) as nowhere else to place them to demonstrate this!
