Tất cả các phòng máy lạnh tại đây đều có lối bài trí trang nhã với tông màu trắng và nâu đồng thời được trang bị tủ quần áo, truyền hình cáp màn hình phẳng, minibar, ghế sofa, nhà bếp với minibar cùng phòng tắm riêng với tiện nghi vòi sen, máy sấy tóc, đồ vệ sinh cá nhân miễn phí, dép đi trong phòng và áo choàng tắm. Một số phòng có khu vực ăn uống và/hoặc ban công.
Du khách có thể thư giãn trong phòng xông hơi khô ở trung tâm spa hay tắm nắng trên sân hiên. Khách sạn có thể thu xếp dịch vụ đưa đón và đưa/đón sân bay theo yêu cầu với một khoản phí.
Khách sạn còn cung cấp xe đạp cho khách sử dụng miễn phí. Đi xe đạp là hoạt động phổ biến trong khu vực. Phoenix 1 Hotel & Apartments cách Bảo tàng Chăm 2,5 km, cách trung tâm thương mại Indochina Riverside Mall và Cầu sông Hàn 2,9 km và cách sân bay gần nhất là sân bay quốc tế Đà Nẵng 5 km.
.Our stay was really surprising from the beginning to the end, in the negative way. We choose this hotel because of many declared services, pool and whirlpools on the rooftop and very nice photos of rooms and other areas. The price was somewhere in the middle of offers around, so we expected (at least) some level of services. After our arrival, the hotel was empty of guests and staff. The rooms were prepared in a half way, like half empty open bottles of shower gel, shampoo, one incomplete toilet paper, sand on the floor, butts in the plant on the balcony... All the pools on the roof were empty, completely dirty and out of service, same situation with other rooms there (sauna, showers, changing rooms. The pool bar isn't there at all, hotel restaurant was closed. We try to figure it out with only one employee present, receptionist, but with troubles of lack of knowledge of English. The one pool was filled after 3 days of staying, the other roof services stayed closed. Restaurant was opened just for the breakfasts also after 3 days. Cleaning of the rooms didn't work, we had to ask every time for new towels, sheets, sopes, toilet papers etc. After 4 days new truble came out - rat in the ceilings. Hard to fall asleep, when rat is running somewhere above your head and screaming out. After that we discussed everything with manager and we suggest, that we would get one extra room as a compensation for the non-functional services. And we wanted to have from that point every services functional. He agreed. Unfortunaly nothing changed. After 7 days we asked manager about change towels plus bed sheets and he replayed I’m tired. Nobody hadn’t done it at all. We have spend a lot of money for this low level accommodation. We didn’t want anything special but only basic services. Like we already reported we had to change room twice during of vacation. Once because no good bed in one room. There were suppose to be one double bed but there was only two single beds.

The location and especially the staff, who tried their hardest to make the best of a bad job. Thank you. Comfortable room, eventually.Our 1st room. The balcony door kept opening! Chaanged room. Our 2nd room had curtains missing! Changed room. 3rd time lucky, not quite. The aircon remote did'nt work. The TV remote volume button did'nt work. TV remote number 2. You could only turn the volume up, not down. Remote number 3, okay. The pool area was filthy. No sun loungers. We actually shared the lift with them at one point! Booking.com stated, "breakfast included". No breakfast available. No restaurant even.
