Value for money

The hotel is nice and room is good, bed is comfortable, bath room and amenitues are nice.Airconditioner could better, water pressure could be better too

Decent stay but hotel was nothing special

Location was close to the beach.The hotel was meant to be 4 stars but it certainly didn’t seem to this standard. The pool was much smaller than it looked in the photos, breakfast was very poor- we left straight away as no European food and coffee was awful. Staff spoke little English so couldn’t answer any of our questions. Very Chinese dominated and they were very loud and inconsiderate.

Pleasant

Great location close to the beach. Very clean, modern hotel. Lovely rooftop pool.Vert poor breakfast. Poor hygiene standard by chef when we “weren’t looking”. Toilet roll wasn’t restocked. We had to call room service several times to bring it to our room. Fridge present but doesn’t cool goods.

Disappointing

Nothing that is particular.The water in the pool was turbid thus I assume it was dirty and didn’t use it. The staff may need training in service minding and cheer up. We didn’t feel welcome to the hotel. The choices at breafast is acceptable for domestic guests but poor for western ones. I had a feeling that the staff at breakfast was chasing me out of the restaurant than serving me. The food and drink are almost empty at around 8 am and the staff started to clean up at 8:30 eventhough it ssid that breakfast is open till 9:30. Noices from slam doors and guests already around 6 am.
