Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;

Cancellation\/Amendment Policy

- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Very Good
Location, treatment.When we arrived, there was no electricity. Then, afyer they fixed it, we were told there was no WiFi because they didn't pay for it (be insisted we needed it to do the check-in etc. and theyrl sorted it out. Also, at night water was dripping lightly on different areas of the bed, no idea where from because in places it wasn't even directly under the air conditioner.

Comfortable and cozy room.
Good location, only 5-10mins to the beach by walk. The room is small but cozy with soft beds. Value for money. The host is super friendly and helpful. You can easily rent motorbikes from the property.You should check the level of the petrol of the motorbike before going out if you don't want to end up walking with it searching for a nearest gas station.
