I've loved the general project with this accommodation. Large and comfortable rooms (apartments), well designed and high-tech equipped. I've dealt with three different managers: everyone proactive, zealous, careful and efficient, enough to make 5stars hotels green with envy. Really impressed. Good position, if you want to stay next to the center and only 10 minutes far from the beaches. I will surely come back.I'd say that cleaning staff was not at the top level, compared to management proactivity and efficiency. They got a passing grade, of course, but it's a flaw - at the end - if all the rest aims for perfection

Amazing little apartment unit- very clean, modern and stylish. Exactly like the photos! We had two nights stay here and everything was excellent. There are two washing machine downstairs for all to use which was very handy. Our host was very helpful and responsive; she arranged pick up from the airport and then helped us arrange a private driver to get to HoI An and back on the day we arrived. We could not check in early, but we were able to leave our luggage at reception and there was wifi, bathrooms and a nice lobby to use if we wanted to wait until our room was available.Nothing everything was excellent!

Where should I start? The rooms were super modern (big bed, nice shower, hair dryer, TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, kitchen, ...) and very clean (they cleaned our room every day, refilled our water, fresh towels). The hosts were super friendly, helped us with everything and made sure that everything was perfect for us and it totally was! 😊 They spoke English and it was easy to communicate with them. Sue gave us usefull tips about what we should see and sended us the locations in a whatsapp group. The day we arrived she organized us a taxi to pick us up at the airport. We got to wash our laundry for free and when we came back late our laundry was done (even our socks were sorted together). On our last days we went to a local restaurant and got some really tasty egg coffee with Mỹ. We have never stayed at a hotel with such kind and loving hosts before. Thanks for everything ❤️.
