We arrived at 7am after a night bus and didn’t expect to be checked in that early- at 09:30am we had received a message to say our room was ready! Our stay was comfortable, room is massive and clean. Staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. Not an issue for us as we enjoyed the short walk but walking street where main restaurants and bars is about a 10 min walk away. Cinema next door with bowling and other entertainment.

My dad and mom really love the hotel, staffs were all very friendly and helpful during their stay. It's perfect.

The staff has been extremely friendly and supportive! Our flight had been anticipated by over 3 hrs so we had to cancel our full day guided tour to the imperial citadel. With a very short notice of only a few hours Quan the owner has been able to arrange for us a private tour at a very reasonable price, to allow us to visit the citadel and be in time at the airport! We stayed only one night but it has been great value for money. Breakfast not included but a cafè is available next door from the same owner.Nothing

Very central and very basic but really clean and new towels were provided each day. Staff were really helpful and gave us tips for visiting temples etc. They also helped us book our high Van pass experience and rented us a scooter.

For the price you pay this was massive. Very Friendly staffs Clean and tidy.The location had plenty of cafes but none of them offered breakfast, it was just coffee including the "Nice Cafe" in the ground floor. if there was a way to get breakfast for the guests, that would have been great even if they have to pay extra.
