The location is very good. They sent us taxi to the airport to meet us. It was very convinient to take you right from the airport to the hotel.The stuff's English was very poor. The water was not warm enough for a shower. The breakfast both mornings of our stay was instant coffee, french bread, one fried egg and a little banana.

Perfect location for Dong Ba market, Imperial city, Thien mu pagoda. Staff nice, little room bit cozy and comfortable.

I did not like anything. I don't recommend this hotel at all.First of all, location is not good, nearby you can only find hospitals and pharmacies. Far from everything. The receptionist is never present at the reception desk. We had to wait about 25 minutes until someone from across the street called the receptionist, so we can check in, even though we arrived within time frame agreed with the hotel. There was no breakfast available, but the room on Booking.com that we had booked included breakfast. The receptionist has charged us the full room rate, including breakfast, even though there was no breakfast. The room was filthy and smelly because of the mold. Dust everywhere and bed sheets not clean properly. We only had one small towel for two people and not enough toiletries. We had to look for the receptionist (he's never there) to ask for more towels and soap and shampoo. Next day we got some toiletries from the cleaning lady. The room altogether is not healthy to live in because of the mold. My girlfriend had a respiratory problem because of that, so we had to cut short our trip. We paid for three nights, but we told the receptionist that we won't be able to stay another night ( the third) because of the bad living conditions, and he gave us the money back for one night without any comments. The air conditioning can not be controlled, it's only on and off resulting in an uncontrolled environment, either too hot or too cold. The small TV screen is placed on the wall near the window in a strange angled position that makes viewing difficult. On the other hand there is one plug for both the fridge and TV , so you can only use one at the time. Altogether was a bad experience, and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was OK for the price, the position is a bit far from the area with all bars and restaurant.
