Nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng đẹp, rộng rãi. Hồ bơi cũng rất đẹp, bố trí giữa 2 blocks nhà nên ko bị nắng, có thể bơi mọi lúc. Vị trí khách sạn cũng gần trung tâm, tiện cho việc đi ăn uống khám phá thành phố, và cách biển tầm 10-15p đi xe. Nice room. Staffs are very friendly. Near the city center and about 10-15 mins by motorbike to the beach.Ánh sáng trong phòng khá tối, đèn setup rất xấu, ko thể trang điểm dưới ánh đèn trong phòng. Chưa có smart tv. Lights are very dark, cant do make-up things in the room.

직원이 친절하고 풀빌라가 좋았습니다. 조식은 못먹어 봤지만 호텔 위치가 좋아요. 근처에 맛있는 식당도 많이 있고 꽤 큰 마트도 하나 있습니다.바로 옆이 클럽이라 조금 시끄러워요. 그것만 빼면 다 좋았어요.

I just like the person that who works for room service department.Where should I start... First of all, I book the hotel because of the rating is very high and even more and more expensive than similar stars and similar location. And I give the bad rates in order to make down some that “fake rate”. I came hotel around 13.40 pm and I had just 1 day at Da Nang in order to explore this beautiful and lovely city. I already told them that” I have no time to wait 20 min. for 2.00 pm(check-in time) can you help me please that give me my room now. “ They waited to me some more few minutes and they asked me that they can give me if I accept “down-grade”( first time I heard this word, actually hotels are up-grade the room in order to make guests happy ) the room. It means I paid more money in order to see lake view but for 10 min. they gave me the room that at swimming pool level( can you imagine the people have fun at the swimming pool with laudly voice ) and I really could not sleep and rest well. Secondly, when I arrived hotel after visited this beautiful city, I was hungry and I tought that I can have some food at hotel either its restaurant or room service. Even their menu has variety of food, their policy is giving food just local cusine after 7 pm. Ok I love vietnamese food but at that time ( 10 pm ) I was not able to eat local food that than I could sleep. Just thank you for room service guy that he really deserve to hear thak you. I was really angry but he always stayed calm(not like reception staff) and he was so kind. Hope he can take better possitions ( such as guest relations) in his hotel business industry.
