Good location. Good sized room and bathroom.Pool was initially unclean and slimy but when brought to the staff's attention was cleaned the next day.

the buffet was good (average) they had a variety of types of drinks and fruits which was very nice. I stayed for 3 nights and found that the food they served quite similar to the other days. (limited menu but they were ok) I wanted to say the lady working at the lobby (I cannot remember her English name :( but it was starting with s) she was very lovely and she speaks English which was very helpful. I had no trouble at all communicating with her. and of course, the staffs working at the lobby and two guys who open a door for us all the time they were super nice as well. I found the room very nice and tidy. (Family sweet room). they gave us the room on the 10th floor which was very nice. I had a good view. (city side th8) I visited during one of the hottest periods in Vietnam so it was very important to have a/c system working well. First, when I turned on, I thought it wasn't working well but it was because I needed to wait 10-15mins for the machine to start operating so at the end, a/c system was all good and good to use. (they were new as well :)) We booked a hotel shuttle for airport services. I met Peter, he drove us to the hotel and also drop us, and we found him super nice and kind. : ) He was kind and nice. so we really enjoyed the time of travel. the location of the hotel was good, just a little bit off the main road but still walkable distance. I think it took like 15min to get to the sontra night market. and 15min to the beach, 10min to the main road.the only thing I was a bit disappointed about the buffet was that they provided cereals but no milk on the side (they had soy milk to drink but not regular milk for cereals) so I had to ask for one. (then they provided I think they forgot and no one has asked before maybe??). On the following day, I found the milk but they were not cold. they were warm so I asked them to get me some cold milk. Then they literally come and pour on my cereal. I was okay but how abt the rest of people? haha... I asked for a quiet room and they did give me but the guest next door was singing at night which was disturbing. ( i am sure if I complained they would have sorted it out but I didn't coz I was lazy lol ) I have asked for taxi service to travel along with us (grab driver I think) and the taxi driver they connected us to I found him bit rude. I don't think he works for the hotel I think they just grab one of the drivers they knew to us. I can say his driving and service was okay but his attitude was not good. I think his name was hung.
