.Chúng tôi đăt phòng khách sạn trên booking, khi đặt phòng có ghi rõ là 04 người lớn, 2 trẻ em: (8 tuổi, 10 tuổi) và trên booking đã thể hiện giá tiền tương ứng số người này nên chúng tôi đã đặt. Tuy nhiên, khi đến nhận phòng thì khách sạn lại phụ thu 02 trẻ e là 190,000 VND. Chúng tôi không hài lòng vì trong booking khi chúng tối search giá phòng đã ghi rõ số người rồi tại sao lại phụ thu thêm. Đề nghị booking cải thiện.
