The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to many cafes.I was a little disappointed and unaware of the fact that the studio rooms had no “real” windows.

The staffs are friendly and cooperative. Facilities are same as what they advertised. Room is set-up neatly. In short, the property and staffs are OK.The atmosphere (the air) in the room at first smelled strange and dull. Then they solved it to be better but it still did not smell as clean :(( We littered everyday but I saw some cockroaches (mature and baby ones) :(( At first, the night lamp and the kettle did not work but they fixed them after we reported. In short, the atmosphere and the cleanliness need to be taken care more seriously.

Nothing.Smelly and unclean. The sheets wreak of old body odor. The phone has old stains on it. The floor was covered in dust and sand when I checked in so badly that it was sticking to my feet. I called for them to come and clean and when they arrived the housekeeper just pointed to the slippers. I had to politely ask them to sweep and mop the floors. The cleaning staff is constantly forgetting to restock items in the room like towels and soap. They also don't clean dishes during your stay and they don't provide you any cleaning materials for you to do it yourself. The mop is sour, so when you enter the room your nose is hit with the smell of old mop smell and stale air as they have no windows. Kit and the security guard are the only kind and reasonable people working here. There were also bugs literally crawling on me due to the lack of proper cleaning. They're all over the kitchen too. The sheets had stains and I had to argue with the cleaners before they would change them. Do not stay here because it's dirty which makes it dangerous in the age of COVID 19. THEY DO NOT SANITIZE OR PROPERLY CLEAN ANYTHING. The owners have not setup guest to have a pleasant stay. Nor do they care to make the small improvements it would take to make the hotel tolerable.

Nothing.The staff will hold your passport at check in if you let them. Then when I was checking out the guy tried to keep my credit card after the payment had already gone through. It is also extremely dirty
