Location and room were great. Breakfast was very good.. Bathroom also very good. Staff were all lovely too. Right in the heart of things.Pool was way too cold.. I mean aT too cold. Bar was fantastic and should be the go to place. The views were to die for. Sadly every thing else about it was poor. No cold beer, and quite a lot of bar menu drinks were actually unavailable. Very inexperienced staff, but they were nice enough. Closed at 22:30. Too be fair though many of the guests were Asian and they don't generally use the pool and bar. I would stay there again.

the location and good choices of breakfast.my room was upgraded to suite when i complained that the acon wasn't cold enough. but the bed of the suite was terrible. sounds come out whenever you move on the bed.

Breakfast, bed and bathroom were good.Fridge in the room did not work, when we told the staff at the reception they did not respond to it. SkyBar should have been open till 11pm but there was no staff from 8 till 10pm. When staff came upstairs they just sat there. Did not ask if we would like to drink something, so we asked them ourselves. Service could have been beter.

Shower was the hottest we've had in Vietnam! Location good Staff were helpful.The gym wasnt great. Take the pool photo with a pinch of salt
