夜便到着で寝るだけなら良い！

立地、値段、スタッフはフレンドリー.布団がダニだらけ。痒くて寝れなかった。朝ごはんイマイチ。

nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương, phòng ở rất sạch sẽ và đẹp. bữa sáng ổn. chỗ gần biển tiện lợi. lần sau quay lại nhất định sẽ ở đây.

Nhân viên thân thiện, từ bellman đến lễ tân lẫn phục vụ buffet. Khách sạn sạch đẹp. Ví trí hợp lí, không bị ồn ào.

Welcome drinks when I first arrived was great. The receptionists are nice. Location is good. My room view faced to the beach, but part of it was blocked by the apartment in front of it.The staffs in the restaurant weren’t friendly and helpful at all. Breakfast was also boring, not a lot of choices. Didn’t have motorbikes renting service. Well, I meant it’s not necessary for all the hotels to have it. But most of the hotels I have stayed in Da Nang offer it. It isn’t convenient for me to rent it by myself because the company kept my ID.

Unfortunate stay

The Ruby Hotel was okay, staff friendly, helpful, all good but not so good after we got moved to Grand Ocean inferior hotel.We got moved to inferior hotel, inferior in our opinion not sure about theirs. Was supposed to be upgrade but nothing like. Ruby light has nice rooftop swimming pool and snack bar - the inferior Grand Ocean Luxury Boutique had a very poor rooftop space with unstaffed drinks counter. So, had we not been moved - due to "serious maintenance" over TET which is Vietnamese New Year..., we would have rated this review higher.
