Perfect; we booked one night and stayed two. Kind, welcoming hosts. Delicious vietnamese breakfast, very large room and balcony, clean bathroom with hot water and toiletries/towels provided. Free drinking water, possible to organize tours or just ask for suggestions. Quiet as it is located 6 minutes from the city center via motorbike, and they let you park your bike inside. If you dont have a motorbike, they will lend you a bicycle. Highly reccomend!

The homestay is very clean and the familiy is super friendly and helpful with everything. They booked a nice tour to Bach Ma for us, as well as the next bus ride. Especially, they made sure that our tight time schedule really worked out. It is a great deal considering what you get for the price. The homestay offers free bikes and scooter rental for a good price. When having a flat tire, the hosts spent big efforts to remotely help us out with organising a repair (and already made up a super fair price with the mechanic via phone). i have no idea how we could have managed that without her. Thanks a lot for your help!I personally prefer showers with some kind of wall and extra sink for not flooding the whole bathroom everytime. However, this is very common in Asia. Since the bathroom was very clean it was not a problem at all.

Big space, suitable for groups. Big window. Nice host, provide moto rent and car to the airport.
