Comfortable Stay and Great Service

All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Jack, the receptionist supervisor. First, when we checked in, one of the staff upgraded our room to the ocean view! Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the good thing was that they changed some of the food everyday so it won’t be boring for those who stayed long. (we stayed for six nights) On our last day, since our flight was at 6pm and we were tired, we asked Jack if we could extend the check out time to 2 or 3pm. Jack extended our check out time to 2pm free of charge. (we usually have to pay another night for that). Not only that, he even offered to give us a ride to the airport for free as part of the service! (usually it is about US$15 ) If you are looking for a nice place to stay for a very reasonable price and great service, I’d recommend this place.The pool looked great but unfortunately it was too cold to go in.

Great views if you go for Ocean view otherwise very standard hotel.

We had the ocean view room so that made it pleasant. Staff were helpful in booking restaurants. Bar staff on rooftop were very friendly and accomodating. They didn't stock alcohol we wanted and they bought for us and kept it refrigerated for both nights. Beach is across the road.The elevator on the right smells. The breakfast ran out of eggs. No Vietnamese coffee at breakfast. The rooftop pool loses sun after 11am. The rooftop pool can be extremely windy.

Good location but mediocre services

Convenient to go to the beach, to downtown or Hoi An/Ba Na. Near good seafood restaurants. Nice, clean room.Mediocre services. Poor breakfast.

Pleasant

The hotel is new and nice, bed very comfortable.The bath tub had no shower curtain, it was only meant for bath not for shower
