Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;

Children Policy
- Child under 5-year old: free of charge.
- Child from 5-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $10\/person\/room\/night.
- Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $15\/person\/room\/night.
Cancellation\/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation\/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Very Good
Les gérants de l'hôtel sont vraiment très gentils et nous ont beaucoup aidé pour nos problèmes de bus. Les chambres sont bien entretenues mais 4ème étage sans ascenseur, c'est haut, même si le monsieur nous a gentiment aidé pour monter notre plus gros sac. Un placard de rangement pour les affaires, très appréciable.Nous avons été obligés de prendre 2 chambres car ils n'avaient pas de chambvre familiale, ce qui a rendu le prix assez honéreux. D'autant qu'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner inclus. Nos chambres étaient au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, très haut quand vous êtes chargés...

Not great
Not much.The room was not at all as shown on the pictures... And we think they change the hotel we booked (we book Lum Dong Tien Hotel and they made us stay in a room at the hotel in front). Very small room and tiny bathroom (door was banging on the bed). Breakfast is a joke (do not expect what is on the pictures). We had a piece of bread and a ridiculous egg full of oil. Staff not really smilly and welcoming...

worst hotel in Vietnam
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.There were bed bugs in the mattress. Black mould on the walls. There was a gap joining our bathroom to the next rooms bathroom so we could smell the most horrible smells that filled our room,making us feel sick. After our clothes became infested with bed bugs we asked them to wash our clothes. Not only did they shrink our clothes but also made us PAY.
