+ True homestay, the owner invited us to her birthday party with free beer and food. Amazing :) + cute dogs + Great location, close to the citadel and in a local neighborhood and not in the turist area of town (touts, scammers, ...) + Simple but decent breakfast + Organize tours.

The entrance was charming. The breakfast was little small but delicious. I liked the location, hided in quiet street next to citadel.The owners dogs and other guests were little loud on the evening.

Really lovely homestay far from the overcrowded and noisy tourist quarter but really close to the imperial citadel.

If you are going to Hoi An, take the easy rider motorbike tour. Fantastic guide taking you to amazing sites. Highly recommended.

This has been one of the most value for money homestay we have been to. We had originally booked for a day but ended up extending our stay. The room was really big, extremely clean and the wifi worked well. The staff is extremely courteous. They suggest you a list of things that you can do rather than tell u what u should do. There are quite a few options for breakfast. They property has 3 dogs who are a bit jumpy but extremely adorable and friendly.Everything was perfect
