The price is really amazing, the room is comfortable and very clean. The people were always very friendly and helpful.There is a building site next to the hotel and they start working at 6.30. So it was really noisy, but with earplug fairly ok, we think that is the reason for the amazing price. The hotel is really far from the center, there not so many restaurants, you need a motorbike or taxi

This is a new family-run hotel. The family are very friendly and hospitable and happy to help with anything they can. It is wonderful value for money considering the state of the new building. I have put the location as 10, but it does depend on what you are doing. It is a little north of Danang central. However, if you have a motorbike to get around it's a good position, as it is close to the beach, easy to start heading north to Hue and other destinations and also still very accessible to Danang central. Also, you get the added advantage of being in an area which is less touristy and more real Vietnam. The locals were all very friendly to me, often waving and smiling and saying hello, without wanting anything in return. I even had a local invite me to coffee at the nearby cafe when she saw me walking past.

This is a new hotel and the staff are very friendly. Although there are some missing facilities but they give us as soon as I request. The price is quite low when compare to good facilities here. It near sea coast also.It is a bit far from the Da Nang centre. There is not many option for breakfast
