Pleasant
The place was clean and the location was great. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer beautiful views of Han River and the two bridges.The bed was rock hard. Our room electricity key card didn't work at first but we had a hotel staff member promptly help us and did not have a problem after that. The breakfast buffet was not great. I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4 star - it's more like a 3 star

Exceptional
Beautful hotel. Excellent staff during my stay especially the front desk reveptionists. They helped me immensely to navigate the city. Everyone was great! The breakfast was delicious with many choices. I did not go to the hotel restaurant or bar.The distance to the ocean. i thought I was much closer but that was my fault.

nice spacious room,close to dragon bridge and airport.it was grubby,just a lack of interest from the staff,the whole place had a smell to it.The bat wasn't fitted correctly against the wall and water can get down this 1 inch gap so the bathroom had a strage smell to it. a real shame as the room was spacious in a modern building. poor breakfast also. i can only imagine the managent are not up to the job of running this place correctly.
