its an OK experience
1. location is great! easy access to bus to hoi an if you want to venture out taking the public transportation. 2. AC is good! shower is strong but poorly designed so it's easy to splash.1. i feel that pics posted on bookings are over advertised and not accurate. breakfast is very poor and not as nice as the pics on booking.com. they often run out of options by 730am! coffee is good though. 2. facility is quite good. it feels a bit depressing to walk inside. 3. wall is very thin, so its quite noisy 4. staff's english is limited but they are helpful.

Not happy
Location was okay.Rooms were dirty and had a bad smell. Staff weren’t very friendly. Facilities were average. Breakfast was cheap. Fire alarm went off FOUR times during our stay, on accident with no explanation from staff after we climbed 10 flights of stairs thinking we were in trouble.
