The location was top notch. This hotel is probably one of the top 5 hotels in terms of location in Hue. The open ground including river side bar, swimming pool , the yard was spacious and enjoyable. The hotel is only 4-floor height so it gives a rather cozy and "colonial" feeling.The mattress did work for me. It's an aged spring mattress. While the size was King the center part of the mattress was sunken a bit and I am very sensitive to uneven bed. I woke up in the morning with a bit of back sore. The bathtub was a bit old as well even though it functioned perfectly. The air-conditioner was a detached unit, not a central system so it was noisier at full speed. *** My room faces the river which offers a stunning view but it was also westwards so do expect the room to be fairly hot in the afternoon. It was a nice tradeoff so I would say this is a neutral point.

The property has a great location.For a 4star hotel the hotel is looking a little dated and could stand a facelift

Great location and nice balcony with river view. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.Everything a bit old. Breakfast buffet not 4 stars. Bed could be more comfortable. Bathroom shower very basic.

Breakfast good. Staff good.
