The staff were extremely helpful in helping us organize our day. They were also very accommodating in letting us hang out in the lobby while waiting to go to the train station for our overnight train. The breakfast was also great!The only improvement I can think of would be to provide a note, perhaps in a welcome email, specifying that the hotel is in an alley. While there was no issue with the alley itself, we got a little lost trying to find the place, as we did not realize that a lot of businesses/addresses in Hue are in alleys.

I have not been to many hotels with a more friendly and helpful staff at both the front desk and the restaurant area. The Front desk staff made a major effort upon check in to be helpful and informative. This hotel is located in a very good location and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and laundry facilities. The hotel can arrange for tours in and around the historic city of Hue.Minor point: Laundry facilities in town appear to prefer to air dry clothes. A few clothing dryers around town would make turn around of clothing faster.

Really nice staff, the room was good, but nothing special. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice.We booked a group DMZ Tour of the hotel. We didn't liked it. We have been nearly the hole day in the bus and didn't got a lot of informations from our guide. But I think all group tours are the same. Maybe private tours are better.
