Staff are beyond lovely and went beyond the call of duty.

Staff very nice on check in, offered a drink and some fruit. Gave us ideas about tour and place to visit. Very clean rooms and excellent breakfast.The fridge in our room was not working, although not a big deal.

Very comfortable room, central location just around the corner from the lively pedestrianised roads in the evening, friendly staff.The very expensive trips offered when we arrived. In fact the selling started before we arrived. We joined forces with another couple to share the trip costs - boat and taxi to pagoda and tombs, but had no guide just expensive transport. Better to walk to one of the many travel outlets nearby. We secured a shuttle from Huè to Hoi An far cheaper this way.

The hotel is in a small alley but it wasn't that hard to find, it is quiet and spacious with really helpful staff. The room was big and clean (same for the bathroom), we had a nice breakfast and great advice from staff. The hotel has plenty of books scattered around which I personally found very cool. We only stayed one night but the place is perfect for longer stays as well.Cannot think of anything bad
