Very quite. Very helpful staff.Having a security box in your room would be good

Hosts were amazing and really welcoming. They helped us with everything that we needed and their English was very good compared to other accommodations in Vietnam. We were welcomed with pineapple juice and one of the guys helped us with our laundry at 11pm. Breakfast was good but light. They provided extras (bread, butter) without charging.The bathroom could be a bit more modern/quality/new.

The staff were so helpful, they sorted out transfers for us to and from the hotel and gave us lots of advice about things to do locally. The breakfast included was really good and there was a good choice of different options. The room was cleaned each day we stayed.The bath and shower were quite old and didn’t work so well.

We were made to feel extremely welcome the minute we arrived. Very friendly and helpful with maps, things to see and do and helping us with any of our enquiries. Room and bed were comfy. Breakfast was simple but tasty.Im not a fan of the shower right next to the toilet as water goes all over the toilet, but having said that, it was an excellent shower.

Bfast is good.We didn't know that the hotel is located in a secluded inside lane. Dark and quiet at night when walk back to hotel. The hotel reception is not flexible on the motorcycle rental where we use it less than 12 hours and she charged us VND140K, whilst in many hotels we stayed in Vietnam many of them allow us to pay 50% of the motorcycle rental.
