The staff were wonderful and the location was close to the Citadel. Excellent.Only a small thing. In the room i was in, the water from the shower drained passed the basin and toilet. All of the bathroom floor got wet when the shower was used. Maybe put a strip barrier to prevent the spread of the water to rest of bathroom.

The warmest, friendliest, nicest staff you'll ever meet. I can't stress enough how welcomed we felt in this hotel. I had initially chose this hotel because I had read that the staff would be helpful in choosing what to visit in Hue but they went beyond our expectations. We arrived earlier than expected (my fault entirely) but they still welcomed us with glasses of Da Lat wine and homemade lemon juice. They had even upgraded us to a bigger room. The room was indeed bigger, comfortable, and had everything you need (air con for instance). The hotel is down a small alley that keeps you away from the roaring street noise. Breakfast was very good, they serve Vietnamese food like Bun Bo Hue, Pho. You also have bread with butter, different jams and fresh fruit (dragon fruit). Now the staff. Although we stayed only one day, they managed to squeeze everything we wanted to see by providing a private taxi and boat tour for a really cheap price. They gave us addresses to go to and tips. They also helped us book all of our plane tickets. Nhi really is the embodiment of the Vietnamese hospitality that we heard so much of. Thank you so much to the Hue Nino staff, you guys were amazing and you made our trip to Hue unforgettable. If you still hesitate with other hotels, go with this one, you won't regret it !Nothing, perfect stay

The hotel is very helpful, I left something behind and they sent it in a car to the next city for me. They were really helpful with everything, and gentle, not pushy. Good breakfast. Set back from the main road to make it quieter and near everything to see and do.It was ok for us and the price we paid, but we had a small room by reception, it was quiet though.
