Nice simple accomodation in the citycentre of Hue, good air condition, clean room and toilet, definitely good price/quality rate, very friendly and helping staff.breakfast was a la carte (just small food), windows from the room were to the hallway which was lighted until late night

Very good breakfast. Excellent friendly hosts. Spacious comfortable rooms.Pool needed some cleaning.

In a very quite location. Although taxi dropped us off in street and we walked down lane. OK if you don't have a lot of luggage. No cars can go down this lane which is why it is lovely and quiet. Good breakfast.Electric kettle but no cups tea or coffee. No shower screen. Water goes over everything including toilet. No bottled water supplied. Water in fridge when we arrived but found at end of stay we had to pay for this. Have to go up to room by outside stairs. This should be explained on website as would be no good if had problems climbing.

Perfect location, clean, nice and helpful staff. First time in a homestay. We are very positively surprised.
