This hotel was very comfortable. It's unique, with excellent design. I suspect it was designed by a Westerner, because it certainly appeals to Western tastes. (Supporting this hypothesis, there is an interesting commemorative plaque by the swimming pool with Hawai'ian, Hebrew and American names of a certain person, who I suppose was a family member of the owner.) Particularly unique are the baths, which are massive and of stone. Very relaxing. Fair prices, too. Helpful staff. Easy to get around by rental bike (or free bicycle). The location is great of course; fantastic beach a stone's throw away. The soundproofing is not the best, but this shouldn't be a big problem for you, because the guests here are mostly civilized, as opposed to the usual rowdy karaoke singers and sunflower-seed-litterers you get in many a Vietnamese hotel. The area is a bit sparse in terms of shops and restaurants (unless you have very local tastes, e.g. massive seafood palaces). But this is no problem, as you can just get on the bike and go 2 km down the road to stock up, or get something delivered. Note that you can no longer navigate around Sơn Trà peninsula on an automatic bike, and this is enforced.
Breakfast was exceptional, it served differently by day. Cutting-edge facilities, room decoration and amenities are well-provided. Staffs were friendly, especially Ms. Quyen and Mr. Quan who serviced us great welcome and support. Rooftop and outstanding architecture are what set it unique.Lack of services post pandemic: breakfast appetizers (croissant, donut,…) were not available; springs pool was out of order. 7min walk to the beach because will have to take a detour.
